SkoleBoller, sometimes referred to as skolebrød, is one of Norway’s must popular buns. A traditional Scandinavian Boller (Cardamom bun) filled with Creme Patisserie.
Skoleboller, translated into English means school buns. They were a traditional snack for school kids to have in their Mattpakke (Lunch Bag).
Topped with Icing and Coconut, these buns are an extra special treat!
