Mini Kransekake

A smaller version of our Kransekake for those looking for a little less. This cake is 9 rings high.
 
The word Kransekake means "wreath cake". This is a traditional Scandinavian cake (very popular in Norway and Denmark) is often used as a showpiece at Weddings, Christmas, or any other Celebration or event.
A tower of 18 rings is made from a gluten free dough that includes Almonds, Sugar, Cornflower, glucose, Vanilla and egg whites.
The dough is rolled into ropes and baked in special baking moulds to create the rings.
