Semla, semlor, or Fastelavnsbolle, is a traditional Scandinavian sweet yeast bun filled with Cream, Marzipan and sometimes jam), and is eaten during period leading up to Lent.
Basically, a way to fatten up before you starve yourself!(Not available as Vegan due to Cream content).

The only way we can ship the Semlor next day delivery with Parcelforce is to make the Bun and the Almond mixture but not the cream.
We then send it and the customer adds the whipped cream. We cannot send cream items in the post.
