I make these rolls all the time, they are wonderful served warm with cheese and butter. I tend to make a batch to freeze down, so that I always have som on hand, then all I need to do, is pop them in the microwave for a couple of minutes on defrost and voila! Lemon, Almond & Cardamum Biscuits
These were the most popular biscuits among my customers, when I was running ScandiBakes. The almond gives them a lovely nutty crumbly texture and combined with the lemon, they are irresistible. Oat & Cranberry Biscuits
I love these oat biscuits, they are crunchy and chewy at the same time and you can add virtually anything to them. I like them with cranberries, but you can add chocolate, nuts, or any other dried fruit. They are also nice plain, so if your cupboard is a bit bare, you can still bake and enjoy delicious biscuits.
